When the inspection started, the upper and lower molds would be closed to form a closed inspection space. There was an inflation port connected to the instrument duct at the bottom of the mold. Gas was directly filled into the product during inspection, which facilitated direct inspection.

At this time, after the tooling connected to the mold is started, a certain volume of gas is injected into the car switch button through the air source. When the detected air pressure is reached, the air supply is automatically cut off and the pressure is stabilized. The air tightness detection system of Hirays Technology will monitor the air pressure in the mold and determine the tightness based on the amount of leakage.
During the test, the inflation port at the bottom of the mold is connected to the conduit to inflate the inside of the car switch button. If the car switch button is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, it can be determined whether the car switch button is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested car switch button does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
