By introducing the Hirays sealing testing system, the company achieved 100% online testing of the shock absorber assembly.The system is equipped with a special servo pressurization device to simulate the actual working status of the shock absorber to ensure that the test results are true and reliable.


After implementation, the detection accuracy rate increased to 99.95%, and the false positive rate dropped to less than 0.05%.The inspection time of a single piece is shortened from the original 30 seconds to 6 seconds, and the production efficiency is significantly improved.The defective rate of products on the client side has been reduced from the original 3% to less than 0.1%, the annual quality cost has been reduced by approximately 4.2 million yuan, and multiple new project orders have been obtained.
