The waterproof testing method we use is to use compressed air instead of water to simulate the situation of the product in water.Because the product to be tested this time does not have an inflation port, it cannot be tested by directly inflating the product.We make a copy mold according to the shape of the product.The more precise the mold is made, the smaller the gap between the product and the mold, and the more accurate the test results will be.

The first step in testing is to place the tested product in the prepared mold. After the upper and lower molds are sealed, the test pressure adjusted in advance will enter the mold through the air pipe. After a certain test time and pressure stabilization time, we can visually observe from our instrument screen whether the compressed air in the mold has entered the inside of the product.
