Implementation of the plan

We provide precise testing for the four key sealing parts of air conditioning radiators:

Heat exchanger core seal inspection
Evaluate the sealing performance of expansion joints between fins and copper tubes to ensure sealing reliability under pressure fluctuations.

Manifold Seal Verification
Check the connection between the header pipe and the cooling fin to prevent refrigerant from leaking from the interface.

Edge Plate Weld Seal Assessment
Conduct professional inspections on the welding parts of the radiator side plates to ensure the sealing integrity of the welds in long-term vibration environments.

Pipeline interface seal detection
Verify the sealing performance of inlet and outlet pipe interfaces, process pipes and other parts to ensure the sealing effect of system connections.
