Laser sights are mostly used in military equipment and medical equipment, which have extremely high requirements for accuracy, safety and sealing. Poor sealing of the laser sight will cause water vapor to enter the instrument, thus affecting the accuracy of the instrument when using a red dot for aiming. Therefore, people often perform sealing tests on them when using them. However, conventional sealing testing cannot well judge the sealing degree of the laser sight, which is one of the difficulties in its detection.

1. Appearance display and detection difficulties of laser sight
1. The internal components of this laser sight are wrapped with black waterproof material. The overall shape is an irregular polygon. The joints on both sides of the instrument are obvious but the sealing degree is high. It cannot be filled with gas outside for indirect detection;

2. There are two irregular diamond-shaped protrusions on the top of the instrument. There is a door-shaped protruding handle on the top, and there are several circular rotating dials and sights around it. The special shape of the instrument prevents the instrument from being well fixed during inspection.

2. Breakthrough in detection difficulties of laser sights
1. Due to the special shape of the sight, it is impossible to use a customized mold for indirect detection. Hairis Technology has a special tooling template to fix the sight, and then use the conduit connected to the detector to fill the inside of the sight with gas;
2. During the test, there is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument. After the program is set before the test, after the connection, when the laser sight is tested, the instrument display will judge the sealing degree of the sight through the gas saturation inside the sight.

3. Laser sight detection process display
First, we put the sight into the card position and fix it. The conduit is connected to our instrument. There is a valve island, gas tank and other components inside the instrument as well as the program we have set. After the connection, when testing the laser sight, press the start button.

During detection, the instrument will inflate the inside of the sight.If the sight is not sealed and air leakage occurs, the leakage value displayed in the instrument will become larger and larger, and the pressure value will decrease at the same time.At this time, you can determine whether the sight is leaking, and the instrument test result will also show NG, which means the air tightness test failed.If the tested sight does not leak, the gas in the tooling mold will be in a constant state after inflation, and the pressure value and leakage value displayed on the instrument will also be stable. The instrument test result will display OK, indicating that the air tightness test has passed.
