1. Difficulties in detecting automobile controllers
What was tested this time was an ordinary car controller, and its shell was completely enclosed.It is an irregularly shaped polygon as a whole, with three protruding connectors on the head, two protruding semicircles on the left and right sides of the car controller, two protruding small squares facing up, and two concave strips below the squares.Such a shape is unfavorable for the sealing inspection of the tooling, and it is easy to cause deviations in the inspection results due to air leakage.
2. How to conduct sealing test on the shape of automobile controller
Faced with this situation, Hairis specially used a mold specially designed to hold this type of car controller. In this way, the mold can form a surrounding state for the car controller. After the upper and lower molds are closed, a sealed detection space will be formed.It is conducive to the indirect detection of automobile controllers. At this time, after the tooling connected to the mold is started, a certain volume of gas is injected into the mold through the air source. When the detected air pressure is reached, the air supply is automatically cut off and the air tightness detection system enters the pressure stabilization stage.
