Solution: Use the indirect test method, with a total test time of 48S, a test pressure of 12KPA, and an upper limit of leakage value of 0.02KAP. The test mold and tooling are designed according to the structure of the automobile motor. The tooling is a customized three-station entry and exit sliding table cabinet tooling based on the customer's requirements. The tooling is equipped with a code scanning gun.Put the car motor into the mold, and the code scanner automatically scans the QR code on the motor. Then the mold is pushed to the designated position, and the upper mold presses down and the lower mold closes to seal the entire motor.The instrument is tested, and the automobile motor is tested through processes such as inflation, voltage stabilization, and testing. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically determines the test result as qualified (OK green) or unqualified (NG red).
